We are trying to get from sarajevo to lake ohrid by public transportation. I assume that we will have to stop in Skopje first, but can anyone recommend a good way to get there?

I found an info about a bus:
SARAJEVO - SKOPJE
18:30 - Tuesday and Friday
Ticket fare: 94,00 KM (arround 47€)

Hope it helps. You might also consider posting this to Macedonian forum, I presume more Macedonians travel to Bosnia than Bosnians to Macedonia.
