transfer times to medjugorje

hii im travelling to medjugorje next tues 29 sept arrive ib dudrovnil at 7.25 im concerned hoe i get to medjugorje as i understand the last bus leaves at 5.15? and coming home another problem my plane departs wed 7 oct at 10.10 any suggestions would be greatly appreicated i wouldnt mind staying in dubrovnik a couple of nites but 2 nites together
