Information can be obtained in Tourist Information Centre in centre of Banja Luka, Bana Lazovica street (opposite to the philosophy faculty close to Banski Dvori).

The staff speaks English, French and German language.

Besides the Tourist Information office there is an Info Desk located in the main street of Banja Luka Kralja Petra Karadordevica 78.

The staff speaks English and German language.
