Bosnian border

I have a friend who is a Filipino citizen who needs a visa for Croatia and Bosnia H . His itinerary is from Split to Medjugorge then on to Dubrobnik and to Split. He has a mutiple entry to Croatia. Is there a Bosnian border guard between Dubrovnik and Split? Will he also need a multiple entry visa to Bosna?

well, if you look at any map of the region, you will see that there is a Bosnian border crossing between DU and ST.

I%26#39;m not sure what the deal is, ie. if your friend might have problems; maybe he can avoid it if he takes a boat trip DU - ST.

Thank you . Since they are driving I suggested to get a mutiple entry visa to Bosnia also.
