has anyone stayed at the relax house hotel?

has anyone stayed at the relax house hotel? MAy I know how far it is (in minutes, walking speed) from Bascarsija? This is important to us as we would like to stay in the Old Town.

i stayed there, just read my comment on this site. very nice choice, recommended, unless you%26#39;re looking for a %26#39;hilton%26#39; type accomodation. hotel is family run, very small and very confortable.
